Connecticut Department of Transportation (CT DOT) is conducting a Transportation Needs and Deficiencies Study of the area around Route 15 at Interchange 59, Route 63, and Route 69 in the City of New Haven and the Town of Woodbridge.  This Study was initiated as a result of the traffic congestion and high crash rates in the study area. The Study will result in a plan of recommendations for the interchange and surrounding roadway network from which improvement projects could be prioritized and constructed in future years.
