About the Study --- Study Area
The study area is a triangle that includes the Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) Interchange 59, Route 63, and Route 69. The northern limit is Bradley Road and the southern limit is Davis Street. The Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15), a limited access roadway, bisects the triangle and has interchange ramps providing access to the area.
